When making your travel plans here are some things to keep in mind.
The airport code for Chiang Mai is CNX.
Arrival day: November 4th, 2014
Your flight time on November 4th should allow you to arrive to the hotel in Chiang Mai by around 5pm so that you can get checked in and ready for the Welcome Dinner that evening.
Departure Day: November 13th, 2014 The tour officially ends with the farewell dinner on November 12th, 2014. Your departure flight can be anytime on November 13th.
Final Payment for the balance is due by September 5th, 2014. You will receive a Paypal Invoice for the remaining balance, which you can pay anytime before that date or you can contact us to arrange paying by check or bank transfer.
As a reminder, travel insurance is required for participation in the trip. Keep in mind when booking your airfare that it is recommended to book a refundable fare, and travel insurance that covers cancellation costs in the event that plans change and you must cancel or if we don’t meet the minimum requirement and must cancel the tour. We can’t be held responsible for losses incurred if for some reason you don’t follow the requirements.
You will be receiving a Welcome Kit with additional information around 45-60 days prior to departure, but please email us with any additional questions you have prior to booking your flights or travel plans. Once you have finalized your plans and booked your flights, please forward that information to Naomi via email so we have the details of your trip. In the meantime, please let me know if you have any other questions or need anything else. 🙂
See you soon in Thailand!
