I did quite a bit of research on the ancient city of Dubrovnik Croatia before I visited, enough to know without a doubt that it was a beautiful place. After seeing it in person though, I can honestly say that it completely exceeded my expectations.
Here’s another view from the ancient fortress wall that surrounds the entire city. Shot at the top of the blue hour, this soft transition of light always has a calming effect on me. It’s almost like mother nature herself is taking a long, deep, and comforting sigh as another successful day has come to an end.
