bring an umbrella

I must admit that, aside from the weather, Wellington, New Zealand is pretty cool. There is an abundance of unique coastline views with interesting craggy rocky rockyness. The weather is never cooperative but you can still search out interesting sky drama that compliments the strange coastal compositions.

Out of the 7 or so days I spent in Wellington, there was only one visible sunrise. Every other morning was a grey foggy overcast that seemed to burn away a few hours after the sun graced the horizon. I did manage to take advantage of the one sunny morning though, but every other day I had to search out shots like this. There were even a few days where I scrapped the whole photography thing and drank local Kiwi beer instead. Unproductive = Yes, but Tasty = Yes as well.
