Can I add myself to the photo tour / workshop waiting list?
We’re always happy to accept waiting list applicants. Add your name by filling out the form here.
If we generate enough interest, in certain circumstances we may even schedule another photo tour or workshop.
What forms of payment do you accept?
In an ideal world it would be hugs and kisses, but apparently you can’t buy food with those… we’ve tried, it only gets you strange looks! So, we currently accept payments via Paypal (Credit Card payments can be made with or without a Paypal account)
Are flights included in the price?
No. Flights are not included in the photo tour / workshop price.
What costs will and will not be covered with the photo tour / workshop price?

What is the payment policy for your photography tours / workshops?
Payment policy for our October 2013 Italy Photo Tour is listed below:
- You will be required to make a minimum 30% deposit ($1500 US) to hold your spot.
- Final Payment in FULL is required within 60 days before departure for photo tour (August 3rd,2013) or you risk losing your deposit and having your spot forfeited to a participant on the waiting list. You will be sent a paypal invoice via email requesting final payment or you can send payment via paypal. You can email us if you have any questions regarding making final payment.
What is your cancellation & refund policy?
If you would like to cancel you must send us an email notification. Please note, your cancellation is not considered official until you have received a return email confirmation acknowledging your cancellation.
At the time we receive your notification, the following per person charges apply:
91 days or more before departure:
$300 cancellation fee, plus Blame The Monkey costs, as well as any fees that are charged by the suppliers providing the services included in your tour. If your spot is filled by another participant, we’ll refund your deposit minus payment processing fees and $100 administrative fee.
61-90 days before departure:
$500 cancellation fee, plus Blame The Monkey costs, as well as fees, if applicable, that are charged by the suppliers providing the services included in your tour. If your spot is filled by another participant, we will refund your deposit minus payment processing fees and $100 administrative fee.
60 days or less before departure or anytime after departure:
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
What do you recommend I bring along for the photo tour / workshop?
Your sense of adventure and fun, your camera and of course your sense of humor. 🙂
Besides that?… We’ll be sending you a photo tour / workshop specific welcome package about 45-60 days in advance of the photo tour / workshop departure that will give you further details and suggestions about what gear to bring.
Is travel insurance included in the photo tour / workshop prices?
No. Participants are required to purchase international medical and travel insurance coverage.
